Primarily located out of Austin, TX
Ryan works on estate planning, guardianships and probate cases. Regarding probate matters, he specifically focuses on independent and dependent administration cases, muniment of title, letters testamentary, and heirship determinations. Ryan regularly practices probate and guardianship law in many different counties in Texas. Brenda handles the majority of estate planning for our firm including establishing revocable trusts, transfer on death deeds, last will & testaments, durable and medical power of attorney and a wide variety of estate planning services.
Ryan also works on Social Security Disability cases and specifically focuses on assisting clients prepare for their Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) hearing. He is confident in his ability to handle these cases and enjoys helping people that are truly disabled and cannot work. Ryan is only taking SSDI cases at this time and does not work on overpayment issues, cases involving cessation of benefits, or widow's benefits.
Ryan is a regularly court appointed attorney and guardian ad litem in a variety of Texas counties for guardianship, probate and personal injury proceedings. Ryan handles a small number of immigration cases for existing clients, friends, and those with compelling circumstances that need representation.
Ryan is interested in providing legal solutions for a wide variety of cases. He places a very high emphasis on doing the right thing, treating people with respect and efficiently handling the cases he works on.
